I bought two of these candles as gifts for some guys who really enjoy Dr. Pepper. Initially the smell is strong before being lit, very vanillay. However when the flame is actually burning it takes time for the scent to fill a room. This may be because it is a soy candle and I have no knowledge of the nature of them. Overall, I recommend this product for its uniqueness and it does a candle can do!
